Hypermedia's Callback solution is designed for bypassing GSM roaming charges incurred by GSM roamers (such as company international sales employees) when making calls from their GSM phones to their home country while traveling overseas.

The basic idea behind this PBX Callback Solution is changing the call direction from an overseas call to a local GSM call. The caller signals the system at the home country to call him back, and as a result, the company will pay only for a local GSM phone call plus incoming call charges as opposed to much more expensive direct international call, saving up to 80% of the original direct call.
